where A, B, and C are integers,
is the x-intercept, and 
is the y-intercept.

Slope-Intercept Form
Equations in slope-intercept form look like this:
y = mx + b
where m is the slope of the line and b is the y-intercept of the line, or the y- coordinate of the point at which the line crosses the y-axis. -
Point-Slope Form
Equations in point-slope form look like this:
y - k = m(x - h)
where m is the slope of the line and (h, k) is some point on the line.
